Drawn taunt, a vacumn, a wall
chest tight, sides pinned, pained
Body rigid, wound tight
lungs airless, hungry yet dry
nostrils flaring, mouth sucking
Air! Oxygen! Anything,
Just to breath, to feel relief
to hold life, to live, to rise
or perhaps: find peace.
