So my boss came back today from a vacation to Disney in Florida. He had been away about a week and a half. The funny thing is he spend more then two hours this morning snoring at his desk. It was kind of funny, although I wish I could take a nap. The last couple of nights I have not slept well (not sure why), but I am definably low on sleep.
Sleep is this strange thing. Everyone needs sleep. Its how our bodies heal and rest. I wonder what it would be like if we did not need to sleep. Can you imagine? No beds, no alarm clocks, no Monday mornings when you struggle to make it to work on time. No rest. Yet would we be able to get more done? Would we be productive? I feel that rest is one of those things that helps us to collect our thoughts and step away from stressful situations.
Guess I'm just wishing I either drank coffee or could take a nap.
